Yes. I will never publicize the sale of a domain name unless requested by you.
When you buy a name from Thinkony Domains, I immediately remove the domain listing from my website and any 3rd party marketplaces I had listed it on.
I also submit a 'no-index' request to Google, which removes the relevant page(s) from the domain name related search results.
As soon as the domain name transfer is complete, the previous owner's details are removed from the global 'Who-Is' database of domain name ownership and replaced with your details.
Atom.com is now my primary domain name holding and transfer service.

Otherwise, please contact me directly using the contact form with any questions or concerns you have.
There are NO REFUNDS once the transaction has been paid and the domain name is transferred to your ownership. No exceptions!
As soon as your payment is verified, you'll receive an email confirming your purchase from the domain name escrow platform you've purchased on (either Atom.com or Escrow.com). Please check your junk or spam folder if you don't see the email in your inbox.
The domain name escrow platform will then initiate the process of transferring the domain name ownership to you.
You will receive an email with detailed instructions for the process.

The complete escrow process is explained on these pages:
If you don't already have one, you must set up an account with a Domain Name Registrar of your choice. Setting up an account is FREE with most registrars.
You will send your funds to either Atom.com or Escrow.com's holding account to complete the purchase.
I will transfer your domain name to the holding account of the domain name escrow platform you've made your purchase on.
The domain name escrow platform will provide you with the "transfer authorization code."
Atom.com, in most cases, does a domain name "transfer"
Escrow.com, in most cases, does a domain name "push"
You will need to purchase a "transfer" of the domain name at your registrar. You will be prompted to enter your "transfer authorization code" to initiate the domain name transfer to your account.
Your registrar will email a request to the domain name escrow platform to release the domain name and approve the transfer into your account.
Your registrar will email you to let you know when the domain name transfer is completed.

Domain Name Registrars are authorized companies that deal with the registration and management of all domains. You can only own a domain with an account with a Domain Name Registrar, so you must appoint your own Domain Name Registrar before the domain name can be transferred to you.
Some of the more popular Domain Registrars are:
NameSilo
GoDaddy
Ionos
Domain.com
NetworkSolutions
Dynadot
Web.com
FastDomain
Once you own the domain name and it’s held in your domain name registrar account, you can begin using it right away.
Here are some ideas for potential uses for your new domain name:
Link it to your website if you already have one built.
Link it temporarily to a holding page while you develop your new website.
Set up email addresses using your domain name.
Forward it to a featured article or sales landing page.
Use it for an e-commerce store to sell your products, services, or online courses.
Use it for a content marketing site to promote your products, services, or online courses.
Use it as an affiliate marketing site to promote and sell products created by other businesses to earn commissions from the sales.
The options are endless.
How you choose to implement your new domain name is entirely up to you.
You can start using it whenever you’re ready. 😎
Domain names sold on Thinkony Domains do NOT include trademarks or business registration.
Trademarks are industry and region-specific; to file a trademark for a word or logo, you must already be doing business as that name. Because of this, I can't trademark a domain name before a company actively uses it.
I recommend that you research and seek legal advice (i.e., due diligence) to ensure that the name you are interested in does not have a direct trademark conflict with a competitor in your industry and within your region.
If there is no direct conflict, or the existing trademark is unrelated to how you plan to use it, then you have a good chance of being able to trademark the name yourself.
NOTE: If there is an existing trademark, remember that, as long as your business is in a different industry, you may still be able to file a trademark for the name.
Trademarks can only be registered by existing business owners in specific countries or territories related to specific goods or services.
Therefore, you can only apply for trademark registration once you have purchased the domain name and registered your company.
Registering your name as a trademark gives you exclusive rights to the use of your name, and can prevent anyone else from using it. These rights are legally protected.
However, registering your company or business name is a legal obligation and allows you to trade legally, issue invoices, hire and pay employees, and pay taxes.
NOTE: Although it can provide valuable protection, registering a trademark can be time-consuming and costly, and many businesses will not need this protection.
Even if a company is already registered with your new brand name - or a name similar to it - it's easy and common to make your formal, registered name unique by adding a 'qualifier' word to your full legal name that's specific to your business - like 'Food Service' or 'Pharmaceuticals' or more general ones, like 'Management,' 'Marketing' or 'International.'
The authorities must approve your full, formal name to ensure it is distinct from any other similar name in your sector.
