Once the buyer and seller agree on a price, Escrow.com will prompt the buyer and seller to agree to the transaction.
When all parties have agreed on the transaction, they request the buyer to send funds and the seller to transfer the domain(s) to Escrow.com's secure holding account.
When the domain(s) are received in their holding account and checked against the purchase agreement, Escrow.com will transfer the domain(s) to the buyer's registrar and disburse funds to the seller.
Since Escrow.com handles the domain(s) transfer, there is no inspection period.
*NOTE: I utilize Escrow.com's Domain Concierge Service on ALL domain name transactions made on their platform. No Exceptions!

*If payment plans are available for a domain name, this will be clearly stated on the sales page.
Submit your Escrow.com domain name payment plan request via the contact form at the bottom of any page on the Thinkony Domains website (I have to set these up manually on Escrow.com).
The Escrow.com Domain Holding Service holds the domain name(s) in escrow while you make scheduled payments.
During this payment period, you have full use of the domain name(s).
Payments may be scheduled on a specific date, either monthly, quarterly, or yearly.
There is a term minimum of three months and a maximum of five years.
The domain name(s) is transferred to you upon final payment.
NOTE: There are additional MONTHLY Escrow.com fees for this option (regardless of the length of the plan).
*Payment Plans can be canceled by you at any time. The domain name will NOT be transferred to you in this case. Cancellation will result in forfeiture of ALL previous payments. Previously received payments are non-refundable under any circumstances.
**Failure to make an installment payment within 10 days of the due date will automatically cancel the purchase payment plan and forfeit ALL previous payments.
**Payment Plan options are at MY discretion as the domain name owner/seller.

**NOTE: Please pay very close attention to the timeline stipulations!
▶ Prior to the agreement of terms by both parties, the Buyer or Seller can cancel the transaction by clicking the “Cancel” button on the transaction detail screen.
▶ After both parties have confirmed transaction details in the Agreement phase, either party may cancel the transaction IF Escrow.com has NOT received the Buyer's funds by sending an email request to support@escrow.com
▶ After funds are secured, the cancellation of a transaction can only be done by Escrow.com after notification of both parties.
▶ Escrow.com refund policy: In the event of a canceled domain name transaction, the Buyer's funds will be refunded back to the original source of the payment method used to pay Escrow.com.
Wire transfer payments - Escrow.com charges fees to refund via wire transfer - $10 for domestic wires and $20 for international wires.
ACH Debit payments - Escrow.com is unable to perform a refund on the payment. You must contact your bank to request a reversal of the payment.
The original escrow fee is also non-refundable.
